The Retreat Schedule
9:30 AM | Arrive & Welcome
Settle into the farm with herbal tea and locally baked pastries. Meet your hosts and fellow guests, receive your retreat tote and journal, and set an intention for the day before we head into the flower fields.
10:15 AM | EXPLORE THE FLOWER FARM
Explore the flower fields as you learn about seasonal blooms, sustainable growing, pollinators, color, texture, and the art of noticing nature with fresh eyes.
10:45 am | Floral Design Workshop
You’ll have the opportunity to harvest flowers directly from the field and create your own lush seasonal arrangement using sustainable design techniques. No experience necessary.
12:30 pm | Mindful Farm Table Lunch
Gather around a beautifully styled communal table for a seasonal lunch prepared by Debbie Campos, chef and certified health coach of Feed the Soul Wellness Coaching.
Over lunch, Debbie will guide an engaging conversation about seasonal eating, mindful nourishment, and simple ways to bring greater intention to how we nourish ourselves—celebrating food as another expression of nature's abundance.
1:30 pm | Botanical Tea Blending
Discover herbs, edible flowers, aromas, and flavor pairings while creating your own personalized botanical tea blend to enjoy at home.
2:15 pm | Woodland Walk, Forest bathing & Reflection
You’ll leave the flower fields behind as you enter the surrounding woodland for a guided forest bathing experience.
Through mindful observation and quiet moments, you’ll reconnect with the natural world at a slower pace.
3:30 | Cultivating What Matters & Farewell
We’ll gather one final time to reflect on the day and consider what you’d like to cultivate in your own life and in the coming season. You’ll leave with a small botanical reminder of your intention, and an invitation to continue nurturing it at home.
Before heading home, enjoy a little time to linger in the flower fields, browse seasonal botanical offerings, and savor the final moments of your day at Sweet Earth Co.

Xenia D’Ambrosi is a floral and landscape designer, flower farmer, educator, and founder of Sweet Earth Co. Her work is rooted in the belief that flowers and time spent in nature have the power to bring joy, inspiration, connection, and healing.
